THE ADMINISTRATION OF URGENCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE AND THE PRIMARY TRADE UNION COMMITTEE OF THE INSTITUTE HELD A CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE APPROVAL OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR THE YEARS 2023-2025

The meeting was headed by the chairman of the primary trade union of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute H.Samandarov.

 For the conference H.Sitmetov was elected as the chairman of the conference and the conference started its work with the participation of 225 trade union members registered in the trade union organization.

 The working presidium included the following candidates:
1. J.R.Yarmetov- Acting Rector of the Urals State Pedagogical University.
2. M.R.Rakhimova - responsible organizer of the Republican Council of Trade Union of Workers of Education and Science in Khorezm province
3. H.R.Sitmetov - Chairman of the Conference
4. G.Z.Samandarov-chairman of the primary trade union committee of the Institute. 5.
5. A.J.Atazhanova-chairman of the Women's Committee of the Institute Honorary guest of our university responsible organizer for the Khorezm region of the Republican Council of Trade Union of Workers of Education and Science Rakhimova Muyassar Radjabbaevna also took part and spoke in detail about such important issues as the features of the social contract and employment contract, the relationship between the employee and the manager, as well as between the employee and the trade union.

 Acting Rector of the Urals State Pedagogical University Zh. Yarmetov, making a speech, especially dwelt on human honor and dignity, in particular, on the importance of the work of the trade union, which can solve many difficulties arising in the honorable profession of teachers.

B. Bekchanov, specialist of the department of labor protection and citizen, also made a speech on the topic "On approval of the agreement for 2023 on the work on labor protection and safety of employees and students of the institute".

 The decision was approved by voting by making additions and amendments.
