Activities of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department

The Department of Internal Control and Monitoring (In and M) carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education”, “On the national training program”, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders and orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, internal by the orders of the Institute, Carries out on the basis of decisions of the Council and the Charter.

The Department is responsible for monitoring the timely and high-quality implementation of decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders and modems of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education. Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 12, 1999 No. 12 “On measures to strengthen performance discipline” and of March 29, 1999 No. 140 “On approval of regulatory documents on the organization of office work and executive control in State authorities and administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan", adopted at the Urgench State Institute during the academic year, 2009 “to ministries, state committees, departments, economic associations, 11-10 ”on the organization of work with documents and the procedure for monitoring the state of performance discipline in their structural and territorial divisions", orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education dated May 21, 2010 No. 195 and September 8, 2009 No. 309.

The Department also studies the experience of foreign educational institutions in order to develop recommendations for the introduction of innovations of the information resource center and other departments responsible for scientific, educational, spiritual, moral and educational processes. Employees of the department participate in several international projects (World Bank-funded programs “creation of a modern online learning center” in higher education institutions, programs of the European unioniusmos+, mobiliti+) and carry out practical work in the processes of modernization of activities related to educational, scientific, spiritual, educational, logistical support of the Institute.

The Department conducts targeted inspections of the implementation of government regulations on a monthly basis at the faculties and departments of the Institute and develops specific proposals, measures to eliminate the shortcomings and problems identified during the audit, as well as ensures their discussion at the Institute's council.
