Rights, duties and responsibilities of the chief specialist of the Marketing and Student Practice Department of the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.

The main specialists of the department have the right:

- to request and receive the necessary information from all structural divisions of the institute within their competence;
participation in various studies, audits and correspondence conducted at the Institute, as well as in reviewing documents based on their results;
- involvement of employees of structural divisions of coinstitutions on behalf of the management for the development of draft contracts and regulatory documents and the implementation of other activities in which participation is necessary;
- development of documentation on marketing and student practice;

The duties of the chief specialists of the department and the marketer are as follows:

- to bear disciplinary and material responsibility in accordance with the procedure established by law for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the duties provided for in this instruction;
- be responsible for compliance with the order and rules of internal labor regulations, as well as for untimely or improper performance of other duties provided for in the employment contract;
- employees of the department must perform the tasks arising from this Instruction in a timely and high-quality manner;
- to preserve the material values of the institute;
- perform at the proper level the duties specified in the service instructions, observe internal labor discipline and perform other duties provided for by law;
- undertake to keep secret documents with a special security stamp and other documents related to the activities of the institute, not to disclose such documents.

The duties of the main specialists of the department include:

- formation of an information base based on the study of the needs of enterprises, institutions and organizations in personnel with higher education, preparing at the institute.
- monitoring of personnel training at the institute and the distribution of graduates to work on the basis of a state grant.
Systematic analysis and evaluation of the processes of employment of graduates of the Institute.
- to facilitate the organization of postgraduate students' practice at enterprises and organizations where they can subsequently get a job.
