THE URGENCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN PQ-289 DATED JUNE 21, 2022, ESTABLISHED FROM THE 2022-2023 ACADEMIC YEAR, HAS THREE EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS AND RELATED AREAS, AS WELL AS ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT, LOCATED AT 1A GURLAN STREET IN URGENCH CITY, UNDER OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT.

The Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-289 dated June 21, 2022, established from the 2022-2023 academic year, has three educational buildings and related areas, as well as all necessary equipment, located at 1A Gurlan Street in Urgench city, under operational management.

The buildings were built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2013. The first building accommodates 750 students, the second building accommodates 550 students, and the third building accommodates 550 students, for a total of 1850 students. The total area is 3.6 hectares.

In accordance with the decree PQ-57 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 16, 2023, "On measures to promote renewable energy sources and energy-efficient technologies in 2023," and for the purpose of implementing the 8th order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 25, 2023, to install solar panels on the second and third buildings of the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, a plan was developed and fully implemented on schedule.

In accordance with the program for installing solar panels in state higher education institutions in 2023 by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, Science and Innovation, it was decided to install 100 kW/h solar panels from non-budgetary funds in February 2023.

The project cost estimates for installing solar panels were prepared by Mega Energo Project LLC, and technical conditions were obtained from "O'zenergoinspeksiya" Xorazm regional department for connection to electrical networks. Based on these technical conditions, 182 solar panels were installed with a capacity of 100 kW/h each, producing a total of 18,200 kW/h per day, as well as 2 SOLIS S5-GC50K inverters with a capacity of 550 kW/h each for solar panels, which were installed by the "XORAZM MUHANDISLARI" private company and connected to the "Green Energy" platform of the Bojxona municipality.

Each of the three educational buildings of the institute consumes an average of 384 kW/h per day, or 11,520 kW/h per month, and a maximum of 140,000 kW/h per year. The excess electricity generated by the installed 100 kW/h solar panels can be sold to the state at a profit.

    Ushbu qurilma hozirgi kunda Xorazm viloyati hududiy elektr tarmoqlari elektr liniyasi tizimiga ulangan. 

    Institutning uchta o‘quv binosiga 1 kunda o‘rtacha 384 kVt, bir oyda 384x30=11520 kVt, bir yilda eng yuqori 140 000 kVt elektr energiyasi sarf qilinadi.
