Urganch State Pedagogical Institute was established

According to the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2022 No. 289 "on measures to improve the quality of pedagogical education and further development of the activities of higher educational institutions training pedagogical personnel", Urgench State Pedagogical Institute was established on the basis of the specialties of Bachelor's and master's degree of pedagogical education.

The presidential decree"on measures to improve the quality of pedagogical education and further development of the activities of higher educational institutions training pedagogical personnel" was adopted.

In order to systematically develop higher educational institutions that train pedagogical personnel and improve management activities in them, to ensure the harmony of Education, Science and practice in the field of pedagogy, the Organization of the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute on the basis of undergraduate educational areas and master's specialties of the field of pedagogical education of Urgench State University is established.

In the 2022/2023 academic year, Urgench State University begins its studies at the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute on the relevance of students enrolled in the areas of undergraduate education in the field of pedagogical education and the corresponding master's specialties on their basis.

Financing of the activities of the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute is carried out in 2022 within the framework of the funds allocated from the Republican budget to the Ministry of higher and secondary special education, and since 2023 it is provided for in the parameters of the state budget.

The costs associated with the organization of the initial activities of the newly created Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, including current repairs and procurement of the necessary equipment, are carried out at the expense of the fund for the development of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of higher and secondary special education.

Together with the buildings and structures of Urgench State University, the city of Urgench, Gurlan Street, the corresponding territory and all available equipment, the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute is given free of charge on the basis of the right of operational management.
